The room had comfortable pillows and a mini safe, I found this VERY useful. I noticed the hotel is close to the Florenc bus station. The staff spoke English and Russian, I found it helpful.

The walls seemed a bit thin. I heard some noise from neighboring rooms.

The room was very large. It had a comfy bed and well kept. I really enjoyed the spacious bathroom. The staff was professional and kind and they greeted me with a smile every time. The location had a convenient bus station right outside. It was easy to travel around the city.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. This made sleep difficult and fitful. The walls seemed thin. Noises from neighbors could be heard at night.

The location was very convenient for public transport. Metro, tram and bus stops were nearby. the room was spacious. the staff seemed friendly! the hotel felt quiet and safe at night, i appreciate that.
